Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this wonderful event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this incredible cause and the nationwide event has collected over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group participates every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
